INSA EASTHAMPTON STOREFRONT

INSA’s first location in Easthampton was developed during the nascent moments of the development of the cannabis industry, and as such represents the result of several experiments and explorations in how the retail experience can work.

We worked on nudging customers from one type of item to the next by subtly changing the colors, textures, and topology of a massive concrete and glass countertop, all while maintaining close contact between customers and those attending to them, making the experience feel tailor-made, even amid a great volume of customers.
